We currently offer shipping to:

  • All states and territories within Australia
  • International shipping may be available upon request and is subject to additional charges, customs clearance, and delivery timelines

If you are unsure whether we can ship to your location, please contact our support team before placing your order.

     

    2. Shipping Duration

    Estimated delivery times within Australia are as follows:

    • Standard Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business days
    • Remote or regional areas: 5–10 business days

    Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak seasons, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

     

    3. Shipping Rates

    Shipping fees are calculated based on several factors, including:

    • Delivery destination
    • Weight and dimensions of the items
    • Selected courier service

    The final shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

     

    4. Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

    Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing time does not include shipping transit time.

     

    5. Tracking Information

    Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment directly through the courier’s tracking system.

     

    6. Delivery Issues

    If you experience any of the following issues, please contact us promptly:

    • Your parcel appears to be lost in transit

    Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Danilco PTY. LTD. is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
